Everyone has the right to feel safe. We understand that harassment removes your sense of security, making you feel vulnerable and scared whenever you leave your home. It has far-reaching effects, damaging your mental health and changing how you view the world.

We’re here to help. We’re a listening ear and a sentinel that stands between you and those who wish to remove your feeling of security.

Sometimes, a letter from us outlining the legal repercussions of your aggressor’s actions is enough to make them cease their activities. If it isn’t, then we will fight your corner in court, gaining a non-molestation order that gives you the legal protection to live your life without harassment.

Our expert team will:

  • Provide you with confidential legal advice that will outline all your options
  • Mediate with third parties, ensuring you don’t have to communicate with the aggressor
  • Fight your corner and reclaim your sense of safety

Take Back Control

In many instances, the police are unable to help with trespassing or harassment unless your safety is threatened. Seeking legal advice gives you options that aren’t available through the police, like solicitor’s letters and non-molestation orders. Once you have legal enforcement in place, the police can act on your behalf, arresting the aggressor and charging them for breaching a court order.

Speaking with us is the first step towards taking back control. All conversations with us are confidential, and we are always here to help.
