Lindsay is an experienced litigator and has acted for individuals and businesses of all sizes; from sole traders to multinational companies; across a wide range of industries.
Lindsay has a particular specialism in the field of professional negligence and property disputes. She is also experienced in dealing with complex contractual claims, defamation claims and construction disputes as well as international contract disputes, partnership disputes, intellectual property disputes and misrepresentation claims. Lindsay regularly acts for professionals in regulatory proceedings for fitness to practise.
Lindsay prides herself on being able to deliver sensible commercial advice in a friendly and approachable manner. She has worked with clients based locally, nationally and internationally in resolving disputes both in and out of Court.
Outside of work, Lindsay is an avid quizzer and once appeared on BBC1 quiz show Pointless. She also enjoys travelling, reading crime fiction and eating out.
