Daniel is a Partner specialising in Residential and Commercial Property. Having joined Ison Harrison in 2014, Daniel has worked in both the Leeds City Centre and Ilkley Offices before being appointed manager of our new Pudsey Branch in January 2017.
As well as the traditional sale and purchases of property, Daniel has experience in dealing with all aspects of residential property including transfers of equity, lease extensions and Declarations of Trust.
Daniel’s commercial work involves the buying and selling of commercial properties, the granting/taking of leases and assisting the Company Commercial Department in the property aspects of business sales/acquisitions. Daniel takes a particular interest in “Title Split” work. This niche area of work relates to the legal split of properties to maximise the value and lending opportunities for clients.”
Daniel is committed to giving clear, commercial advice, making your property transactions go through as stress free as possible.
Outside of work Daniel enjoys playing cricket (playing in the local Airedale and Wharfedale Cricket League) and spending time with friends and family.
