Faris Dean
I joined Ison Harrison in April 2022 having practiced in law for nearly 20 years. Before that I practiced as an auditor, before dual qualifying as a Solicitor and Chartered Certified Accountant.
I specialise in Corporate and Commercial Law acting for clients on sale and purchase of business and shares, re-structing of group companies. legal audit, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, standard terms and conditions of business, franchise agreements, to give some examples. I act for clients in the UK and overseas, especially clients based or looking to enter the Middle Eastern market.
I have had some interesting experiences during my career and two examples stand out. These are when I acted for a client who had a dragon from Dragon’s Den invest in their company and acting for an airline client based in the Middle East returning an aircraft at the end of the lease after using it as part of their fleet.
