£57,000.00 Awarded To Miss B Who Was Sexually Abused As A Child

Miss B was secretly sexually abused by her foster brother for a number of years.

Once the abuse was found out her abuser was jailed and Miss B made an application for compensation from the CICA.

The CICA initially offered to settle the claim in the sum of £13,500.00, however Ison Harrison persuaded Miss B to refuse the award and continue with the case.

Ison Harrison continued to assist Miss B to prove her case, preparing witness statements and arranging for medical evidence and eventually the government’s CICA Scheme awarded Miss B £57,000.00.
