New Build Property – A Flying Start To The Year
Our New Build Property department has seen a surge in new instructions during the first half of 2017, with an increase of over 130% in March alone. The team show that consistently meeting tight deadlines does not mean sacrificing quality, shown in the strength of their relationships with builders, developers and sales teams.
The department, headed by Jenny Bland, has gone from strength to strength since it was established in February 2015. Jenny and her team are not only specialists in their area- they make client care a priority. All of this is reflected in their success so far this year.
Residential Property at Our Branches
Our branch-based conveyancing specialists also continue to offer a first class service at our satellite branches. Two of the firm’s residential property stalwarts have taken on new appointments – our Garforth branch welcomes Iain Gardner, whilst Ashley Mallett joins the Morley office.
Both Iain and Ashley deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing, and look forward to guiding local clients through the process smoothly and efficiently.
