Partnering with some genuinely talented speakers Emma Easton, Anna Masheter and Nick Green and lead by Richard Coulthard, Partner and Head of Corporate at Ison Harrison, this event is aimed at ambitious and growing businesses who are looking to take that next step in their journey and understanding how to attract and incentivise those key employees who will make all the difference.
Brief bios for the speakers, along with details of what they will be covering at the webinar are included below.
Richard Coulthard, who managers our Corporate Department, prides himself on delivering legal services which are ‘aims focused’ looking predominantly at what clients aim to achieve and working backwards from that position. He regularly delivers training seminars to local businesses and the legal profession.
At the webinar Richard will be covering off incentives for retaining key staff including using share options and EMIs and the pitfalls to avoid.
Emma Easton, has over 20 years’ experience within the Recruitment industry and is Managing Director at Strand Recruitment. Emma will look at how firms can attract top talent and will cover off what c-suite employees are looking for in the current climate.
Anna Masheter has 15 years’ experience within the learning and development sector and has delivered on a broad range of work including developing organisational culture and behavioural frameworks, designing and implementing leadership and management development programmes and talent attraction and development initiatives.
Anna will be covering off how firms can create a culture for success.
Nick Green is an entrepreneur who has founded and managed UK and Asian Insurance and Executive Search businesses. He believes business environments are unpredictable and full of unforeseen challenge and that a business worth building is a business worth protecting, which is why he specialises in delivering Business Protection Solutions.
Nick will be providing advice at the webinar on how firms should protect their employees.
